Great selection and great product! Our spa was delivered yesterday and it’s gorgeous. The delivery team was able to get us all of the accessories and chemicals promised, along with very detailed instructions as to how to use these products so we are off to a great start.
We had one minor hiccup with getting our old spa in and new spa out. I think any major purchase has the potential for a hiccup somewhere along the way. What is not important is the hiccup, it’s how the company responds, and Eric and Dustin responded very quickly and appropriately to get us set up in short order. Thanks for the white glove service and we look forward to many more years (and hopefully fancy upgrades down the road) with Marquis!
