Hot Tubs

I purchased my spa several years ago, and we have really been so pleased that we bought the Marquis Spirit. Eric and Dustin, the staff at the store in Camarillo, have always been a delight to work with. From start up to daily use the people at Marquis have been dependable and helpful. it’s great to have a store right in the community when you need chemicals, supplies or have questions. Having these guys to help you is a bonus.

Absolutely GREAT! The customer service we ALWAYS receive from Dustin Martin is amazing. He is fantastic. We bought our Marquis Hot Tub about 8 mos ago. They still answer all our questions and as being new to the Hot Tub world we have enjoyed our spa and service we have received. Really, you need not got anywhere else. These gentlemen are so professional and you can trust them and the product!

Great company; wonderfully and locally-made hot tubs. When we had an issue with a panel, service was immediate and covered under warranty. John, the service person, was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. He provided sage counsel, as has the company. Marquis is the best!

I’m a new spa owner. I purchased my spa from marquis when they had a booth set up at the fair. They were very friendly and super knowledgeable. They delivered my hot tub right on schedule and set it up for me. They taught me how to use the hot tub and balance the chemicals. I’m very happy with my purchase.

If you are thinking of getting a Hot Tub, look no further…..this is the place. As soon as we walked in, we were impressed with the variety and the quality. We’ve had ours 3 months now, use it almost every night! Easy maintenance and inexpensive overall. Two thumbs up! Ask for Dustin!

Tip: if you’re going in to replace spa chemicals, bring your old bottles. There are lots of bottles that look similar but serve different purposes.

We. have had our rendezvous tub in for about 18 months and it has been a real joy – no problems at all. Tom Orr and his crew were courteous and professional in all related dealings to purchasing and delivery of the tub. They will be the only ones to maintain it in the future. I can recommend them without question.

For someone who knows nothing about spas, they empowered the customer to manage their own spa. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful; even with the most basic questions. Not only did they convince me to keep our current spa, I’ll be looking to this place for my spa needs going forward. Thank you for the excellent customer service!
